Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of fusionfitportal.com, the FIT PWA, and the FIT app on the Solana dApp Store (together, “FIT”). By using FIT you agree to these terms.
What FIT is
FIT is a wellness and education experience (movement, breath, and related content) with optional Solana wallet features such as connecting a wallet and recording a CMC37 claim. FIT is not medical care, not investment advice, and not a bank.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and device security.
Wellness content
Breathwork, yoga, tai chi, and similar practices are educational. They are not a substitute for a doctor or licensed professional. Stop if you feel unwell. You use practices at your own risk.
Wallets, tokens, and claims
- You connect a wallet you control. We never ask for your seed phrase.
- CMC37 claims, if offered, may be limited (for example one per email or wallet) and may be recorded off-chain, on-chain, or both.
- “Entitled to” or similar language is not a guarantee of future token value, delivery timing, or listing.
- Crypto is volatile and experimental. You can lose funds. Network fees are yours.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse FIT, attack the service, impersonate others, submit false claim data, or use FIT for illegal activity.
Intellectual property
FIT branding, text, and media are owned by the project operators unless otherwise noted. You may not copy the app for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimer
FIT is provided “as is.” We make no warranties that the site, app, wallet connection, or any claim will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost tokens, failed transactions, wallet mistakes, downtime, or indirect damages arising from your use of FIT.
Changes
We may update FIT and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
